Galaxies for Beginners

19 Mar

This is a very brief introduction to galaxies.  It is more of a primer video, so if you don’t know anything about galaxies – you’ve come to the right place! 😀

Welcome back… and Happy New Year! It’s good to see you again. 🙂

Since I knew absolutely nothing about galaxies before watching this video, I certainly learned a few things… though you didn’t address the all-important question of why so many chocolate bars are named after astronomical stuff.

[Apparently Galaxy chocolate is sold as “Dove” in other countries, so that joke is kinda regional, I guess…]

Thank you! It’s good to be back. And Happy New Year to you too! 🙂

I’m glad it was a useful video. I’m thinking of doing shorter videos like this one – that way they’ll be easier to do and I can do them more frequently (although I did just get lazy for a while there.)

I had no idea that Dove chocolate was Galaxy chocolate! You’re right though, Milky Way, Mars bar, even Starbursts – I’m pretty sure it’s a conspiracy.

I was going to make a joke about chocolate drops from Uranus, but I’d hate to lower the tone of the internets…

If you know you want to say something, just say it already!
